**Discounted rate only applies for 10 week block bookings if money is received in full 3 weeks before the start date.
What if I need to cancel?
Booking cancellation or postponement by the client
In line with standard business practice and to ensure
coverage of our administrative overheads. The Hill Community Development Trust reserves the right to apply charges for postponement or cancellation of bookings.
*In the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, you will be charged 100% of the total booking value*

These postponement and cancellation fees are levied to reflect the added administration cost incurred in rearranging the booking and/or loss of the booking. The % charge is related to your total booking value.
