‘The Phoenix’ in Townhill, Swansea is the flagship community enterprise centre of the Hill Community Development Trust Ltd. Owned and managed by a voluntary board of directors, the centre has a great track record of success and stands as the lasting legacy of the only Urban I Community Initiative in Wales which ran between the mid 1990s and the last day of 2001.

This new site aims to enable community members and customers to learn about the Phoenix and the Trust, and to provide information so that you can utilise our excellent facilities.

Community Organization and Community Building at The Heart of Our Local Community

We are A Community Company based in Paradise Park in Townhill – We are at the Hub of Our Community. We have 13 Business Units in our Business Wing housing various Companies. In Our West Wing, we have 4 Spacious Conference Rooms, A Child Contact Room, A Library, Toilets including a Disabled Toilet with Baby Changing Facilities.

We also have a Nursery (Paradise Nursery) We provide up to 12 hours of care, per child, per day. We are open to everyone – Our Opening hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm (Hours do vary please check with Nursery) Booking is preferred. We are open All School Holidays except Bank Holidays. All Staff Qualified. CSSIW Registered for up to 28 Children
